Shipping Rates

• We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $49!
• Delivery time is within 7 business days from dispatch depending on where you are in Australia.
• Please also allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order. We endeavor to process our orders as quickly as possible.
• If you change your mind and wish to exchange a product, our free shipping policy does not apply and shipping costs will be incurred by the client.
• For deliveries to New Zealand, we offer a $15.00 flat rate.
• For international deliveries, a price is calculated at cart.
• Delivery to international addresses is dependent on the location and courier estimates. 

Lease and Laundry Services

• The scheduled pick-up and delivery days for our Nappy Service are Monday and Thursday mornings. This is provided within our delivery area free of charge.
• Delivery outside our delivery area may be available at an extra cost.
